After seeing an advertisement in The Weekly Press for the Corridor BBC featuring Kelly Poole of O’Regan’s National Leasing I called Kelly to discuss purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. I had no idea what I wanted, I just knew I wasn’t going to have time to go from dealership to dealership looking at and test driving vehicles, not to mention dealing with a different salesperson at each location.

Kelly asked me a lot of questions including what my preferences were and my price range. By the time I got off the phone with Kelly I was certain I’d made the right decision in getting her to “search” for my new vehicle. I immediately started receiving emails with information about different vehicles and went home that weekend with lots of websites to search and vehicles to compare.

The following Wednesday I had an appointment at O’Regan’s after work which was very convenient, to test drive three vehicles. It was the first time I’d met Kelly and I had A LOT of questions for her. Regardless how common my questions were Kelly offered knowledgeable answers in a professional and courteous manner.

Once again, after talking and meeting with Kelly I was positive I’d made the right choice. Later that week, Kelly emailed me about a Ford Truck that had just come into the Lease Exchange. My husband and I discussed it and decided to take a look at it. That following Monday I let Kelly know I wanted to lease it. We made arrangements with Ford, credit was approved,I signed the papers and picked up the truck that Friday.

I have fallen in love with my red Ford Ranger. Purchasing this vehicle was not the “nightmare” most people experience, thanks to Kelly. Things went smoothly, quickly and I would not hesitate to recommend Kelly or the Lease Exchange to anyone looking for a vehicle.
